We're representing a dynamic B2B startup in the Seed stage, focused on building innovative solutions that drive significant impact in their industry. As their first dedicated marketing hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their marketing strategy and establishing a strong market presence. What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, crafting messaging and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and scale the company's presence at key industry conferences to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Create and manage diverse content formats, including website copy, case studies, blog posts, and LinkedIn updates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive pipeline growth through effective demand generation and compelling sales materials.
- Experiment with and optimize new online acquisition channels, leveraging SEO and targeted ad campaigns to drive user engagement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on B2B strategies.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing for performance.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Experience working in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $125K to $175K, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, the company offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to help shape the future of their marketing strategy.
