Quality Technician

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Technician I to support manufacturing quality performance. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, improve processes, and ensure high-quality product standards. Responsibilities Prepare plant setup for new product codes and experiments Analyze data to support product disposition and quality decisions Investigate quality holds and implement corrective actions Support process improvements to reduce scrap and increase efficiency Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate on sustainable solutions Participate in Measurement System Analysis (MSA) Provide training on quality systems and procedures Generate reports and track quality metrics Qualifications 2+ years as a Quality/Process Technician in a manufacturing environment Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Access, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams Experience with JMP, Minitab, or SPC XL Familiarity with PI systems Self-starter with strong work ethic Data-driven and quality-focused mindset Highly organized and quick learner Strong integrity and team collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
