About the role
American Alternative Assets is seeking experienced, high-performing sales professionals to join our team as Senior Account Executives (Closers).
This is a closing role focused on converting qualified investor leads into long-term clients. You will work directly with individuals seeking portfolio diversification, inflation protection, and retirement account alternatives through physical precious metals investments.

What you'll do
- Conduct consultations with qualified investors interested in precious metals
- Educate clients on gold, silver, market conditions, and wealth preservation strategies
- Present investment solutions tailored to client objectives and risk tolerance
- Close new business and facilitate large-ticket transactions
- Assist clients with IRA transfers, rollovers, and retirement account diversification strategies
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up with existing clients regarding portfolio opportunities and market updates
- Manage pipeline activity and maintain detailed records within CRM systems
- Stay informed on precious metals markets, economic trends, and industry developments
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly production goals
Qualifications
Required
- 5 years+ proven track record in closing high ticket items and exceeding sales goals
- Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
- Ability to build trust and credibility with high-net-worth and retirement-focused investors
- Experience conducting phone-based sales presentations and closing transactions
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Preferred
- Knowledge of self-directed IRAs, Gold IRAs, and retirement account rollovers
- Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients

Expected Earnings
