The Correctional Records Technician Lead (CRT‑Lead) reports to the Correctional Records Supervisor in Tacoma, WA, and leads the Hearings Records Unit’s correctional records technicians, ensuring that hearing processes for current DOC offenders are initiated, supervised, and completed accurately to support public safety. Responsibilities include training staff on database systems and hearing records processes, monitoring accuracy, providing timely responses, and auditing calculations. #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Washington
