If this sounds like you, please apply!ResponsibilitiesProject planning, scheduling and coordinationSupervising work of project administration and engineersSafety and quality control managementAccurate forecasting and management of budgetsChange order managementManaging critical subcontractorsManage Project EngineersResolution of problems involving labor disputes, material delivery and contract administrationMaintain vehicle, equipment, and tools managementReviews submittal of change orders and analyzes impact on project schedulesGathers and records subcontractor log and weather conditions to make recommendations accordinglyAttends weekly owner meetings and support the Project Manager as requiredQualifications4+ years of experienceBachelor's degree preferredPrevious construction experience preferredAbility to establish relationships and lead peopleSpecific roles may require relocationThe Walsh Group, Ltd.
