Job Description Program Operations Specialist at UW Medical Center – Montlake Radiology Department. Work Schedule Full‑Time, 40 Hours per Week Day Shift Position Highlights Serve as a key partner to the Department of Radiology, providing business support to leadership for key operational goals and initiatives. Develop and lead program initiatives to serve internal customers and external referring providers. Perform complex business support functions, establishing systems processes, coordinating activities, and analyzing current workflows and practices to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Provide day‑to‑day business support and calendar management to Radiology senior leaders. Collaborate with operational leaders on growth and promotion of referrals, analyzing patient care/referral data to recommend strategies for education and program outreach. Develop and maintain internal communication, patient education tools, satisfaction surveys, website management, and marketing campaigns; plan educational classes and staff engagement events. Act as primary point person for departmental events and communications. Primary Job Responsibilities Communication, outreach, and marketing related to Radiology referrals and provider satisfaction. Developing and maintaining staff communication, publications, team building, and education planning. Education materials, screening tools, patient satisfaction surveys, and website management. Business support, calendar management, and logistics for leaders and department activities. Employee engagement activities. Reporting and benchmarking around referral and care data. Required Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in program development and marketing in a healthcare setting, including outreach, sales, planning, data analysis, and presentation skills. Required experience in sales and sales strategy development; understanding of industry economics; project management experience. PMP certification is not required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for these requirements.
