The primary responsibility of this role will be to attach instrumentation to cabinets that have been manufactured Responsibilities: Assemble professional equipment that ships to Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Oral surgeons, and other healthcare professionals worldwide. Fabricate and build items as designed according to the documentation package; provide corrections to engineering. Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies; Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications. Read and interpret drawings, work with hand tools, working with wire harness, splicing/cabling, building wires that will be installed into manufactured chairs, build foot controls Assure that the work being performed is at standard production rates and that it meets quality standards. Perform and maintain quality processes to ensure 100% accuracy. Qualifications: High School Diploma/ GED 2 years of Assembly experience and training Ability to read and interpret drawings, work with hand tools, working with wire harness, splicing/cabling, building wires that will be installed into manufactured chairs, build foot controls Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented and focused.
