Step into a rewarding assignment supporting elementary students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for a leave replacement opportunity beginning January 4th and continuing through the end of March, with potential for extension. In this dedicated school-based role, you’ll work at a single site with a manageable caseload of 55, providing essential services to a mix of speech-only and resource students. The consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, offers stability and meaningful engagement throughout the week.

As part of this assignment, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers and staff, contribute to IEP meetings, and design individualized therapy strategies that foster student progress.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with elementary-aged students
• Ability to manage a caseload with a combination of speech-only and resource students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable participating in IEP meetings and parent conferences

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver speech and language therapy to students
• Document and monitor progress toward therapy goals
• Develop and implement IEPs and collaborate on student success plans
• Serve as a resource to staff and parents regarding student communication needs
• Adapt services for in-person or virtual delivery if needed
