Location: Grand Prairie, TX 75050
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Position Summary-

VSSI Staffing Services is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Staffing Receptionist for our Grand Prairie office. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for applicants, employees, clients, and visitors while providing administrative support to the recruiting and operations teams. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities-

• Greet and assist English- and Spanish-speaking applicants, employees, clients, and visitors
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
• Process employment applications and assist candidates throughout onboarding
• Schedule interviews and coordinate applicant appointments
• Maintain accurate applicant and employee records
• Review employment documentation and support compliance procedures
• Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-up
• Support payroll, timekeeping, and employee inquiries
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
• Maintain office supplies and an organized reception area
• Perform filing, scanning, emailing, data entry, and other clerical duties
• Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications-

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or staffing experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Professional appearance and phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
