Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

Qualifications

What We Expect From You: Active Real Estate License (Strictly Required) . A fierce dedication to representing sellers and buyers with the highest level of professionalism and local market expertise. Proficiency in preparing residential purchase and listing agreements. The ability to conduct thorough property assessments to determine accurate valuations. A high sense of urgency and responsiveness speed to lead is critical to your success! Diligence in maintaining and updating all CRM tools with channel partner information.
