We are partnering with a premier global organization seeking an exceptional Global Director of Operations to lead and elevate workplace hospitality operations across a high-profile, multi-site portfolio.

Based in New York City, this role will oversee 14 locations across the United States, United Kingdom, and India, with responsibility for reception, conference services, guest experience, and overall operational performance.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality executive who understands how to deliver exceptional service at scale while navigating complex, client-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global strategy and operations for reception, conference services, and workplace hospitality across 14 locations
• Establish and maintain consistent, best-in-class service standards across the U.S., UK, and India
• Lead, coach, and develop an international team of managers and front-line hospitality professionals
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership
• Oversee operational and financial performance across the portfolio
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, optimize costs, and expand scope
• Lead business reviews, performance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
• Introduce innovative technology, programming, and service enhancements that elevate the guest and employee experience
• Develop strong leadership pipelines and succession plans across the organization
• Balance global brand and service standards with regional and cultural nuances

The Ideal Candidate

• Senior multi-site operations leader with experience overseeing complex, high-touch hospitality or workplace environments
• Proven success managing operations across multiple markets; international or global experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional client-facing presence with the ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders
• Strong financial and operational acumen with experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams
• Sophisticated understanding of luxury hospitality, guest experience, and service standards
• Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with high-level planning and hands-on operational leadership
• Able to travel domestically and internationally as required

Compensation: $160,000–$190,000 base salary + bonus
