This full-time role offers the chance to support a diverse caseload of students from opportunities of preschool through high school within a collaborative and supportive school environment. Location : Thurston County, WA Position Type: Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year Grade Levels: Preschool through High School roles available Compensation: $55 - $65 hourly Responsibilities : Provide speech-language services including assessment, diagnosis, and therapy. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams. Support students with a wide range of communication needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate regularly with families and staff. Qualifications : Valid Washington State SLP License. Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate required. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
