An established company in San Dimas is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. We are looking for an individual with 5–10 years of accounting experience who can work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate should be organized, dependable, and possess strong accounting knowledge. The ability to read and write Chinese is required, as this position communicates with overseas suppliers and business partners. Responsibilities Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Process customer invoices and vendor bills Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts Perform bank reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing Prepare journal entries and credit memos Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation Communicate with customers, vendors, and overseas suppliers Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 5–10 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Experience with ERP or accounting software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Must be able to read and write Chinese Medical insurance Paid vacation Paid holidays 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Ccyp
