Discover how you can grow with us at Overview Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for labor and employment associates in the Los Angeles, CA office. Candidates must have two to six years of experience. Responsibilities include litigation defense and advising employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws and working on FMLA, ADA, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and violation of wage and hour law matters. Experience taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial is preferred. Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex employment cases for regional and national clients of all sizes. Qualifications A license to practice in California is required. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is $194,000 - $219,000 and up to $40,000+ in bonus potential. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
