Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Opti Mind Behavioral Health, you will:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, addressing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring an evidence-based approach.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method, to foster effective outcomes in your virtual sessions.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians in a virtual setting, participating in online case consultations and ongoing training to enhance team effectiveness.

• Utilize secure, user-friendly telehealth platforms to conduct sessions and manage client communications efficiently.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
