This position is 100% remote, enabling you to conduct live video therapy sessions with clients from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing a telehealth platform to deliver high-quality care to adult clients experiencing a wide range of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive care and treatment for clients, enhancing the integrated approach towards mental health treatment.
\n
• Utilize pre-administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously monitor client status and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve better patient outcomes.
\n
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, which includes tools for efficient note-taking and progress tracking.
\n
• Offer support and consultation to clients engaging in individual and couples therapy, applying appropriate modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Commit to a measurement-based approach to care, ensuring that therapy remains responsive and aligned with client goals.
\n
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and sensitive health information.

• Create comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes adults (13 years and older) dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and interpersonal issues. You will be working with clients from diverse backgrounds, which requires a strong cultural competence and a deep commitment to providing personalized and empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.
