Key Responsibilities: Assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements for a variety of clients. Perform detailed audit procedures, including testing of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Support clients with accounting questions, reconciliations, and process improvements. Research and resolve accounting and audit issues as they arise. Maintain accurate workpapers and clear documentation of audit procedures. Collaborate with engagement managers and senior accountants to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality work. Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. 5–15 years of public accounting experience; audit experience preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit standards. Proficiency with accounting and audit software; experience with CaseWare, CCH, or similar tools is a plus. Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements. CPA certification or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
