Senior FP&A Analyst

Position: Sr FP&A Analyst Location: Lake Mary Schedule: M-F 8-5pm Pay: $100-120K Financial Reporting & Analysis Financial Reporting & Analysis Develop and maintain financial reports. Support PE-level reporting requirements. Analyze financial performance and business trends. 30% Forecasting & Cash Flow Prepare and support 13-week cash flow reporting. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Projects Partner with deal team on acquisitions and integration-related initiatives. Provide analytical support for strategic finance projects. Process & Reporting Improvements Build and enhance reporting capabilities. Support ongoing finance infrastructure development. Must Haves (Non-Negotiables) Financial literacy and strong P&L understanding. Experience with financial reporting and analysis. Ability to prepare or understand 13-week cash flow reporting. Strong analytical mindset. Ability to create and work through financial reports. Desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Experience level aligned with analyst or individual contributor FP&A work. Nice to Haves Power BI experience. Business Central exposure. Acquisition, integration, or private-equity-backed company experience. Strong presentation skills.
