Human Resources Manager

My client is a fast-growing business in the AI infrastructure space seeking anHR Manager to support its expanding US operations. This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building processes, supporting employees, and partnering across a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Working closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams, this person will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support while also helping shape and develop the people function as the business continues to scale. Key Responsibilities Own and manage US payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing Partner closely with the finance team on payroll-related matters, reporting, and employee data Support data center operations teams, acting as a key HR partner for employees based on-site Manage and advise on employee relations matters, including employee questions, performance concerns, policy guidance, and workplace issues Lead and support a range of HR projects across the broader people function Manage the offer process, including offer letters, onboarding coordination, and candidate communication Help design, improve, and implement HR processes, tools, and systems to support a scaling organization Support operational projects such as evaluating and implementing new people tools, including a future ATS Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal policies across the full employee lifecycle Contribute to employee experience initiatives and ongoing development of HR policies and programs What My Client Is Looking For Previous experience in an HR Manager, People Operations, or broad HR Generalist role Strong payroll experience — this is the highest-priority area for the role Experience partnering cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams Confident handling employee relations matters independently Comfortable supporting both strategic projects and day-to-day HR operations Experience building or improving HR processes within a growing organization Interest in taking ownership of projects beyond core HR responsibilities, including implementing new systems and tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr asobbi
