What We Offer You Health, dental, and vision insurance (United Healthcare) Optional add-ons including short-term disability 401(k) with an employer contribution of 3% of your plan compensation (eligible after 2 months of employment, fully vested after 2 years) 7 paid holidays 40 hours of sick time (available after 90 days) Paid vacation after 1 year Newly remodeled office facility Company outings and team-building events Daily Responsibilities Include: Answer and triage all incoming calls, emails, and text messages in a prompt, friendly manner Perform outbound calls to existing customers and maintenance members Assist Lead Dispatcher with daily call count goals Maintain accurate and detailed customer records following company and software guidelines Gather, analyze, and organize reports for weekly admin meetings Filing and general administrative duties Track office inventory and place restocking orders as needed Complete ongoing software and customer service training Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to show empathy and professionalism with customers Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset Energetic, positive attitude with a willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications HVAC or trades experience Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM Hiring is contingent upon being able topass a background and drug test. #J-18808-Ljbffr Relianceac
