Pricing Strategy Manager

Owning the pricing strategy and market intelligence for Black Duck's products, the full-time remote Pricing Strategy Manager will manage list pricing architecture, collaborate on packaging strategies, and provide competitive pricing intelligence to support revenue operations. Key responsibilities Maintain and govern list pricing across all product lines, ensuring consistency and margin positivity Partner with Product and Product Marketing to design packaging that aligns with customer preferences and market demands Build and maintain competitive pricing intelligence to inform sales strategies and executive recommendations Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in pricing strategy or related functions within enterprise SaaS or software Demonstrated ownership of list pricing, including governance and rate card design Experience developing competitive intelligence programs with a focus on commercial outcomes Strong analytical skills with proficiency in building pricing models and segmentation frameworks Proven ability to communicate complex analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders
