OCD & Anxiety Disorders Specialist Psychologist

Responsibilities We are seeking licensed psychologists with expertise in OCD/anxiety disorders and a passion for treating these conditions. The position will involve evidence‑based assessment and treatment, and we especially value providers specializing in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Telehealth Eligibility Local candidates in Missouri are preferred, but we welcome eligible candidates residing outside the St. Louis region who can provide telehealth services. Applicants must be professionally licensed in Missouri or hold a valid PSYPACT credential and be licensed in their state of residence. Shift Monday‑Friday, dayshift. Onsite and remote work available. About the Center for OCD and Anxiety‑Related Disorders (COARD) This position is within our Center for Obsessive‑Compulsive and Anxiety‑Related Disorders, which provides specialty evidence‑based assessment and treatment for a full spectrum of anxiety and obsessive‑compulsive‑related conditions. Treatment is provided in both a traditional outpatient behavioral health setting and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Therapists carry their own individual outpatient caseload and may also provide treatment to patients within the specialty IOP program, if desired. Outpatient caseloads are tailored to the therapist's unique areas of expertise and clinical interests. Therapists may treat anxiety/obsessive‑compulsive disorders exclusively or elect to treat conditions that extend outside this domain, such as eating disorders or health‑psychology‑related conditions. Therapists are afforded the opportunity to regularly engage in professional consultation and education with other COARD team members in an engaging, collegial environment. Qualifications Master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field (e.g., MSW, Professional Counselor, Ph.D.) and full license to practice independently in Missouri. Psychologists residing outside Missouri must hold a current license in a PSYPACT state, possess a PSYPACT credential, and be licensed in their state of residence. All applicants must be credential‑eligible for managed‑care panels in Missouri and undergo the required 90‑day wait period for insurance credentialing. Experience and specialty focus in anxiety with ability to provide evidence‑based assessment and treatment of a full spectrum of anxiety and obsessive‑compulsive‑related conditions is highly preferred. Special interest in providers who specialize in treating Post‑Traumatic Stress Disorder.
