Requirements: Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission). Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 24 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital and no current placement allowed at Program: HWL Program - Northside Hospital.
