Responsibilities Operate fryers safely and efficiently, ensuring consistent cooking temperatures and golden‑fried perfection for all menu items. Monitor food quality, ensuring proper doneness and adherence to company recipes. Bread and prepare food items for frying according to established procedures. Maintain a clean and organized fry station, following all food safety regulations. Replenish cooking oil and perform routine fryer maintenance tasks. Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team. Qualifications Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent time management and multitasking skills to keep up with high‑volume demands. Keen eye for detail to ensure food is cooked to perfection and meets quality standards.
