RevOps Lead: HubSpot Architect for Scale & Forecasting

Qualitate is hiring a RevOps leader to own our HubSpot-driven revenue operations. You will scale governance, data quality, and reporting as the team grows from 5 reps to 30+.
You’ll design end-to-end processes, build robust forecasting, and partner with sales and leadership to drive measurable growth. You’ll own the attribution model and optimize GTM investments while ensuring clean data and scalable automation.
