Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to determine client needs, incorporating mental health and substance abuse evaluations, and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality behavioral health services, including individual and couples counseling, crisis intervention, and treatment planning while documenting all interactions and progress notes electronically.

• Engage actively with clients in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and ensuring that sessions are tailored to the diverse needs of clients.

• Serve as a resource for clients by providing education about local resources and community services, including referrals for medication assistance programs, housing support, and other essential needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
