As a labor negotiator, you will represent and advise public school districts across California in collective bargaining, labor negotiations, administrative hearings, and arbitrations. You will handle complex labor and employment issues and provide strategic advice and counsel.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Candidates must exude professionalism and integrity with a passion to serve public agency clients. Experience with administrative hearings and labor disputes is highly desirable.
