Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Avon, OH
Work Setting: 4 Days In-Office + 1 Flexible Work-From-Home Day
Salary: $81,000–$100,000/year

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The BCBA will oversee clinical programming, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments using tools such as VB-MAPP, ESDM, JASPER, PEAK, Vineland, IISCA, and PFA .
- Develop, review, and update individualized treatment and behavior plans.
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 8–9 clients in collaboration with clinical leadership.
- Provide daily clinical oversight and supervision of clients and RBTs.
- Conduct weekly data reviews and modify programs based on client progress and needs.
- Provide weekly or bi-weekly parent training in center-based and in-home settings as needed.
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, school teams, school-based BCBAs, and other providers.
- Complete treatment fidelity assessments, supervision documentation, team meetings, and staff training.
- Mentor and support RBTs and ABA Therapists and contribute to their professional development.
- Participate in insurance reviews and required communication with insurance providers.
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and professional requirements .
- Maintain required BCBA/BCaBA and COBA certifications.
- Balance client care, supervision, documentation, parent training, and insurance requirements effectively.

Qualifications

- Current BCBA Certification — Required
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong clinical leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to receive and implement feedback
- Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based ABA practices
- Ability to collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Compassionate and engaging approach to working with children

- IISCA/PFA training based on Dr. Greg Hanley's approach
- Feeding and Sleep training
- Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI)
