Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Avon, OH

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an established behavioral health organization in Avon, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA with 2–3+ years of ABA experience who is comfortable supervising and supporting RBTs, including newer team members. The organization values collaboration, strong culture, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support RBTs
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Support newer team members and help build clinical confidence
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• 2–3+ years of ABA experience preferred
• Previous RBT supervision experience
