Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care in the assigned unit. Developing individualized care plans based on medical history, diagnostics, and current status. Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care. Reconciling medical records for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Monitoring patient responses to interventions and adjusting care as needed. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning. Performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Include Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred. At least 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred. Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
