Contract Administrator

salary: $62,400 - $83,200 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Promptly respond to Request for Quotes to contracted customers, no later than 24 hours per RFQ. Provide technical assistance and process customer returns. Formulate analysis of sales data to assist in establishing specific account pricing. Review customer forecasts to ensure proper purchasing decisions. Proactively review open orders and inform customers of delivery status changes Promote a positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with the Operations Coordinator, Planning/Scheduling, Purchasing, and Shipping/Receiving. Provide General Manager with reports assigned.
