Senior Digital Specialist, Emerging AdsSummaryThis position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.Tanium is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Senior Digital Specialist, Emerging Ads, to help scale our presence on new and emerging digital advertising channels that support Tanium's go-to-market motion.Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will support the Digital team's channel strategy and make a measurable impact by executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and turning data into clear optimization recommendations. This role is a great fit for someone who loves digging into data, sweats the details, and wants to grow alongside fast-evolving ad platforms. You'll also learn best practices from a team managing significant investment across paid search, paid social, programmatic and video channels, giving you broad exposure to Tanium's global digital and demand gen programs.Job FunctionAnalyze digital campaign performance on a regular cadence, identify trends, and translate data into clear insights and optimization recommendationsSupport campaign execution across emerging digital channels, including campaign builds, targeting setup, and launch QA, based on strategy and budgets set by the Digital teamMonitor daily budget pacing and flag spend or performance risks earlyRun hands-on optimizations across creative, audiences, and bidsUse AI tools to accelerate performance analysis, reporting, and optimization, and help build automated workflows that scale the team's executionSet up and maintain tracking, including pixels, UTM parameters, and naming conventions, with Marketing Operations, and validate that data flows accurately into Marketo and SalesforcePartner with the Integrated Campaigns and creative teams to adapt messaging and creative for each platformSupport A/B testing and incrementality measurementStay curious about new ad platforms and features, and recommend tests to tryMinimum & Preferred Job QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technologySolid understanding of how digital marketing works, including paid channels, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and the funnel from click to pipelineHands-on experience with at least one major ad platform, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or Display Ads; experience with emerging channels is a plusStrong analytical skills, with comfort analyzing performance in Excel or Google Sheets, ad platform reporting, and GA4Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce is a plusOtherExceptional attention to detail and accuracyA data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable recommendationsAn AI-native mindset, with hands-on use of AI tools for analysis, optimization, or workflow automationProactive, transparent communication, including flagging risks early without being askedEagerness to learn new platforms quickly in a fast-moving environmentStrong organization and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at onceAbout Tanium Tanium is the Autonomous IT company. What you’ll get The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $115,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
