Real Estate Inside Sales Agent - Training & Mentorship Available

As an Inside Sales Agent, you'll connect with prospective buyers and sellers, manage incoming opportunities, follow up consistently, and turn real estate conversations into appointments and long-term client relationships. You'll learn how to ask better questions, communicate with confidence, and develop the sales habits that create consistent production.

You'll work alongside experienced real estate professionals and learn the systems successful agents use to manage leads, organize follow-up, and move prospects through the sales process. The goal is to help you become stronger at converting opportunities while developing skills that can support your entire real estate career.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable on the phone, values accountability, and wants a structured environment where consistent daily activity can lead to measurable results.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

This is a commission-based real estate opportunity with income based on individual production and performance.

In-office presence is not required. Remote agents are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective buyers and sellers through meaningful conversations to understand their needs and build trust.
• Manage and prioritize incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Consistently follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with experienced real estate professionals to learn and implement effective sales strategies.
• Utilize CRM systems to organize leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate client records.
• Develop and refine communication skills to confidently handle objections and close deals effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a passion for connecting with clients.
• Ability to engage in meaningful conversations that build trust and uncover client needs.
• Proven track record of managing and prioritizing leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Strong follow-up skills to nurture client relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Ability to schedule and coordinate appointments for property viewings and consultations seamlessly.
• Experience collaborating with real estate professionals to implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to organize leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of client communications and progress.
