TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63131!

Job Title: RN MS/Tele Float Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required; IV start and Telemetry required Must-Have: - Weekend requirement: Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule minimum (Saturday/Sunday) - Holiday rotation obligation - Nurses will float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro units Description: RN MS/Tele Float position available. The start date is approximately 3-4 weeks from compliance completion. The patient ratios are 1:5-6 for days and weekends, and 1:6 for nights. First-time travelers are accepted for this role. The clinician will float within the scope to meet facility needs. Workers must call in to a recorded line up to 1 hour before their scheduled shift to receive their unit assignment. No call requirement for this position. The facility provides free parking. Travelers must comply with specific requirements regarding requested time off. Special requirements include training on lift devices and bladder scanners. The facility serves adults and geriatrics with a daily census ranging from 28 to 50 depending on the specific unit. Support services such as IV teams, physical therapy, and social services are available. Nurses will provide care across multiple medical specialties, including telemetry. This position requires excellent management of dysrhythmias and telemetry monitoring. Travelers must maintain proper certification and complete compliance tasks in a timely manner.
