ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 and were currently a growing team of two with big plans for whats next. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear understanding of what it takes to build a successful agency.

Im married and have three kids, so I understand the value of work-life balance and creating an environment where people can work hard, hit goals, and still have a life outside of the office.

For our team, we offer work-life balance and licensing reimbursement, along with the opportunity to be part of an agency thats focused on growth and long-term success. Our culture is competitive in a positive way were goal-oriented, driven, and motivated to win.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Derek Leblanc - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
