We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and qualified mental health professionals to join our growing team serving clients throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Positions Available We are currently hiring: Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPC) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW-C) Licensed Graduate Social Workers (LMSW) Licensed Graduate Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LGADC) Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LCADC) Other independently licensed behavioral health professionals Licensure must be active and verifiable in Maryland, DC, and/or Virginia, depending on the position. Client Populations Served Our clinicians provide services to: Children and Adolescents (ages 5–17) Adults Families Couples and Marital Relationships Individuals with Substance Use Disorders Trauma and PTSD Survivors School-Based Mental Health Clients Areas of Clinical Practice We are especially interested in clinicians with experience in: Individual Therapy Family Therapy Couples Counseling Marriage Counseling Trauma and PTSD Treatment Child and Adolescent Therapy Anxiety and Depression Treatment Grief and Loss Counseling Co-Occurring Disorders School-Based Mental Health Services Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy services Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive care Coordinate care with other providers and community resources when needed Utilize HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology Participate in school-based mental health services (select positions) Qualifications Applicants must possess: Active professional licensure or certification Valid NPI Number Professional liability insurance Ability to pass a background check Valid driver's license or government-issued identification Reliable internet connection and technology for telehealth services Commitment to ethical and client-centered care Previous telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
