Clinic Supervisor Licensed

Licensed Clinic Supervisor Kansas City Joint Replacement and Sports Medicine is the region's premier resource for orthopedic care, joint replacement, and sports medicine. The practice seeks a Licensed Clinic Supervisor to provide leadership and ensure high‑quality, efficient patient care. Work Schedule Full time (Mon‑Fri), day shift only. No nights, no on‑call, no weekends, no holidays. Responsibilities May have direct patient care duties. Help establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for assigned clinical areas. Participate in development and implementation of clinical plans. Select, train/orient, and supervise departmental personnel. Responsible for work assignments and daily operations. Evaluate performance and recommend merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions. Resolve problems in clinical areas and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Help fiscal management and administrative staff develop/implement cost‑effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, including billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning. Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget. Serve as liaison between clinic and external agencies. Work with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with health‑care trends and practices. Maintain strict confidentiality. Perform related work as required. Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”. Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited school or program in medical assisting or vocational education. Experience: Two to three years of clinical experience in a medical office setting preferred, including 2 years in a clinical management position. Certification/License: MA or LPN/LVN required.
