Key Responsibilities

• Pull finished product from the extrusion line
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• White wrap and package finished products
• Organize and manage physical inventory
• Operate saws and other power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Willingness to assist in other departments as production needs require
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy manufacturing environment (or willingness to become certified)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude

Physical & Work Environment

This position works primarily on the manufacturing floor producing extrusion products.

Employees should be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently use hands and arms to handle materials, tools, and equipment
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment
