About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be the CFO's strategic right hand, responsible for transforming the financial landscape of the company. This includes leading the development and execution of the annual operating budget, multi-year strategic financial plan, and rolling forecasts. The role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in multi-site, multi-state healthcare services or similar high-growth environments, and a strong command of healthcare financial drivers. The SVP of Finance will also be tasked with building and leading a top-tier FP&A team, driving performance management, and overseeing financial reporting obligations. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior FP&A or finance leadership role, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An MBA, CPA, or CFA is strongly preferred. The role requires expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and a deep understanding of the financial aspects of M&A, De Novos, and organic growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with private equity-backed companies, including sponsor-grade reporting and board-level presentations, and be adept at leading a team through the next phase of the company's investors, including a potential exit process. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and experience with enterprise BI or planning platforms is essential, as is a familiarity with lender reporting obligations and debt capital structures common in PE-backed platforms.
