About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP of Finance & Accounting to serve as the financial steward, providing both strategic financial leadership and hands-on accounting management. This role is pivotal in owning the full scope of the finance function, from day-to-day accounting to capital strategy, treasury, and board- and investor-facing financial leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial health, compliance, and growth across the organization, particularly as it evolves into a multi-revenue-stream platform. Key responsibilities include financial management, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, treasury and capital management, partner unit economics, and growth analytics. The SVP will also be the primary financial point of contact for the Board of Directors and outside investors, and will lead the team in tax strategy, compliance, financial systems, and technology. Applicants for the SVP of Finance & Accounting position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' progressive accounting and finance experience, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a CPA preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing multi-unit accounting operations, developing and leading accounting teams, and experience in financial modeling and pro forma creation. Experience in capital raising, debt financing, or treasury functions is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or retail finance and be adept at building financial or operational processes in a fast-scaling or startup environment. The role demands a professional with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change, who can also demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission and core values.
