Acts as a key resource for financial inquiries, collections support, vendor coordination, and payment processing. This position is a flexible hybrid position requiring working in-person in San Francisco at least three days per week. Associate or Special Counsel – Antitrust Farella Braun + Martel LLP, a leading Northern California law firm deeply rooted in San Francisco, seeks a skilled and highly qualified antitrust litigation associate or special counsel with at least two years of litigation experience to join our nationally recognized antitrust litigation practice. The candidate should have a strong academic record from a highly ranked law school and previous experience as a federal judicial clerk or experience with a government enforcer. Farella Braun + Martel LLP seeks a skilled and highly qualified litigation associate with two-to fiveyears of general litigation experience to join our nationally recognized business litigation practice.The candidate should have a high level of academic achievement from a highly ranked law school, strong legal writing skills and related experience.Previous experience as a judicial clerk is strongly preferred but not required. This position is a flexible hybrid position requiring working in-person in San Francisco initially at least three days per week, and then at least two days per week. This position is based in San Francisco, CA but may be a hybrid position or a fully remote position in CA. Litigation Paralegal (Flexible Hybrid) – Insurance Recovery Group We have an excellent opportunity for a litigation paralegal to join our renowned Insurance Recovery Group which works exclusively with policyholders, helping them maximize the value of their insurance, and resolve coverage disputes. We are able to train a candidate with strong Litigation Paralegal experience –including tracking information (e.g. Settlements, Class Action Members, etc.) –who is willing to gain insurance coverage expertise. Prior experience in insurance coverage/risk management is helpful but not required. This position is based in San Francisco, CA but is a flexible hybrid position working in-person and remotely.
