Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of your patients. Your responsibilities include:

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques tailored to address specific psychological and emotional issues.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical considerations are met.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists—to provide coordinated and effective patient care.

• Participating in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to contribute to the collective knowledge of best practices and refine treatment approaches.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Staying informed about the latest research, developments, and trends in mental health to integrate new knowledge into your practice, ensuring patients receive the most effective care possible.

• Managing a full caseload of patients, efficiently scheduling sessions to meet their treatment objectives while adhering to guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
