Job Details Compensation: Towne Park offers competitive pay. The hourly base pay for this position is $15 per hour plus $3-$5 per hour in tips. Work Schedule: AM/PM/OVN. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible. Summary The Team Leader manages general operations at a property with nine (9) or fewer GSAs, working with coworkers to meet or exceed service standards. The role involves coordination, administration, troubleshooting, and guidance to the team. Essential Functions Ensures consistent guest/patient service across all shifts, allocates labor resources, maintains composure under pressure, and handles complaints. Delivers "Aggressive Hospitality," addresses guests with appropriate greeting, opens vehicle and hotel doors. Checks in guests, explains parking procedures, retrieves vehicles, uses proper phone etiquette, and posts as needed. Conducts room presentations, assists with bell services, directions, reservations, and assigns routine roles to associates. Participates in hiring, orientation, and training to retain talent, shares feedback with management. Recognizes performance, provides coaching, ensures shift huddles, documents performance, promotes teamwork. Builds relationships with client staff, maintains meetings, ensures focus on exceeding expectations, enhances business growth. Manages scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, compliance with policies, prepares shift reports, reconciles revenue, and reports improvements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Required Licensure, Certification, etc.: Valid driver's license and clean driving record. At least 18 years of age; must pass criminal background, MVR, and drug screen. Work Experience: One to two (1-2) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Knowledge: Knowledge of GSA procedures. Skills: Ability to drive manual transmission. Effective planning, prioritization, project management under pressure. Strong work ethic, drive, energy, persistence. Stability, dependability, professionalism under changing situations. Computer proficiency with MS Office and point-of-sale applications. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to represent the company in diverse settings. Read, write, and speak Standard English. Read, analyze, and interpret business policies and procedures. Compose professional internal and external communications.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands The role requires talking, hearing, sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, running, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment. Lifting Requirements: Up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, up to 20 pounds constantly. Working Environment: Majority of work outdoors for shift duration; subject to extreme heat and cold. Weather protection may be provided.
