Principal HR Business Partner, Global Prime

The Principal HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the Global Prime leadership team. Based in Seattle, this role will be a part of a fun, passionate and dynamic HR and business team and requires strong team collaboration with other parts of Amazon PXT. This role is critical in defining and executing our talent agenda by working backward from the customer and driving HR thought leadership and functional excellence. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
