Treatment Coordinator

River Run Dental Spa Position

At River Run Dental Spa in Midlothian, our doctors are leaders in the dental community in the area. We work together to provide top notch patient care and actually enjoy work while we do it. We invest in our doctors and staff so that they can continually provide exceptional care for their patients.

Responsibilities:

• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments
• Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments
• Enters information on dental software in patient accounts
• Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information
• Collects all monies due for services rendered
• Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment
• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred
