Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based behavioral therapies to create tailored treatment plans for clients, implementing approaches such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and behavioral activation.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments independently to diagnose and formulate strategies that effectively address clients' needs.

• Monitor and evaluate patients’ progress towards treatment goals meticulously, employing both in-person and telehealth methods to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and psychologists, to design an integrated care plan that addresses all facets of patient well-being.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medications in consultation with medical providers while overseeing patient adherence, side effects, and therapeutic effectiveness.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospice center, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population facing end-of-life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with eligibility for a sign-on bonus. Employees are also entitled to:
