Work Environment\n

This remote position offers a flexible schedule with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance that is fundamental to our organization. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, supporting a diverse client base across various backgrounds. The structure of your work will be largely autonomous, yet collaborative, as you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to shared goals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing various mental health concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess clients' social, personal, environmental, and health backgrounds, using this information to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Evaluate and treat mental health problems in alignment with established standards and best practices within the profession.

• Design, coordinate, and implement programs tailored to meet clients' emotional and social needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitate discussions and interventions for cognitive, affective, and behavioral cases, including offering crisis resolution and making appropriate referrals to community resources.

• Establish robust therapeutic relationships characterized by empathy, respect, and unconditional positive regard, which enhances client engagement and trust.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
