Although your role will primarily involve teletherapy sessions, our outpatient office in Austin, Texas, serves as a hub for collaborative activities, trainings, and team meetings. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual sessions to each member as needed.
\n
• Address complex issues including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
\n
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster communication and resolve conflicts among family members.
\n
• Track and document client progress through electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with medical and regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to deliver holistic care to clients.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on couples and families who may be struggling with various issues. This includes adults, children, and adolescents needing mental health support and therapeutic interventions for a variety of challenges ranging from relationship conflicts to personal crises.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active LMFT licensure in the state of Texas.
