Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitate both joint and individual therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Address a variety of critical issues, including but not limited to:

• Substance abuse challenges, particularly alcohol-related issues.

• Effects of physical and psychological abuse among family members.
\n
• Grief and loss related to significant life changes.
\n
• Communication difficulties and conflict resolution strategies.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics.

• Job-related stress and its impact on family systems.

• Provide ongoing support and therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate challenging family dynamics.

• Document client progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a wide demographic, from adults experiencing relationship challenges to adolescents facing the complexities of family dynamics. You will also have the opportunity to specialize in areas of particular interest, such as blended families, grief counseling, and stress-related family issues. Supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds will be integral to your practice, emphasizing inclusivity and personalized care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
