Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and formulate effective therapeutic strategies.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person, tailoring approaches to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Document therapy sessions and client progress using Electronic Health Records (EHR) software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, addressing the multifaceted challenges they face.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging between USD 70,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
